This unique three-part design allows you to customize the absorbency of the pad according to your flow by choosing one or both inserts. With both inserts, the Day Pad is the equivalent of an average disposable maxi pad. You can even add a third insert and make it a super maxi, or wear just a holder for an ultra-thin liner.Place an insert inside the pocket pad cover, or two inserts for extra absorption / coverage. Snap the wings of the day pad around your underwear. Change every 2 – 6 hours as needed.Care Instructions:Pre rinse with cold water, then machine wash cold with gentle detergent, tumble dry low, and reuse for years to come! These can be washed inside a mesh bag so they don't get lost in the laundry.
